Phillip started his first business as a tree feller at age 23. He later became a marketing consultant for Subject Matter Experts. He went on to become the Business Development Manager for TV Central selling commercials, TV shows and sponsorships, and later became the Business Development Manager for Delotorres accountants.

“I believe in Billy and Jamie and knows that God is supporting this people's movement..”

Phillip is in support of constitutional transformation with Te Whakaputanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi as the founding documents to ensure robust checks and balances are implemented. He believes in the kaupapa of AdvanceNZ to restore our freedoms and democracy.

Phillip’s interests involve:

  • Taiao (environment) - Indigenous peoples of this land gifted by God to live within the circadian and biorhythms of the ancient heart beat of Papatuanuku. This connection is expressed through an elegant tapestry of shared genealogical links with all animate and inanimate beings. This whakapapa is sacrosanct and is at the core of why all environmental policy must be lead by the Tangata Whenua.
  • Maori Housing - 40 percent of the homelessness in New Zealand are Maori. It is gut wrenching to see whanau living in their cars. Phillip and his wife are involved in a large papakainga project. They know that the holistic benefits to whanau in owning their own home is priceless.
  • He Whakaputanga, Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the Bill of Rights - Phillip would like to see these recognised more broadly as the fundamental documents they are. He believes religious freedom is the most important civil right.
